Regarding the agenda item discussed at the Faculty Board meeting dated February 13, 2026 concerning the minimum success threshold for in-term assessment criteria (homework, projects, quizzes, midterms, etc.) for courses conducted in our department, it has been decided to set the minimum in-term average success grade at 30 points; consequently, unless instructors specify a higher limit, students with an "in-term success grade" below 30 out of 100 will be assigned a VF letter grade.
